2. Our services
KAIROMICA provides digital self-discovery resources inspired by numerology, astrology, Tarot and intentional living.
Memberships provide access to the resources and features expressly described on the relevant purchase page. Additional application features are in development and are not guaranteed to be available immediately or by a particular date.
3. Memberships & pricing
All membership prices are in US dollars (USD).
Personal Membership
- Standard monthly price: US$19.95
- Eligible founding offer: US$9.95/month for the first three monthly payments
- From the fourth payment: US$19.95/month
- Standard annual price: US$199/year
Personal + Business Membership
- Standard monthly price: US$49.95
- Eligible founding offer: US$19.95/month for the first three monthly payments
- From the fourth payment: US$49.95/month
- Standard annual price: US$499/year
Annual memberships do not receive the three-month founding discount unless expressly stated at checkout.
Business and team features are included only when specifically identified as available in the relevant membership description.
4. Founding member offer
The founding discount is available only to eligible customers where the promotion is correctly applied and confirmed at checkout.
The introductory rate applies to the first three monthly payments. The subscription then automatically continues at its standard monthly rate unless cancelled before the next renewal.
Important: Your checkout must show the actual amount charged today, the renewal frequency, the duration of any discount and the standard rate that follows. If the displayed price is incorrect, do not complete the purchase.
5. Payments & automatic renewal
By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Payments may be processed through Kajabi, Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with the checkout and applicable law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership to stop future subscription renewals.
Use the cancellation method provided in your membership or billing account, where available, or contact us through our Contact page .
Submit your cancellation before the next scheduled billing date to avoid a further renewal charge. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
7. Refunds & consumer rights
Refund requests are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.
We do not ordinarily provide automatic refunds for a change of mind after digital content has been made available, except where required by law or expressly promised.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts non-excludable consumer rights, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service is not supplied as promised, is materially misdescribed or fails an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy.
8. Digital delivery
Digital membership resources are delivered through the platform or delivery method described at purchase. Customers must provide a valid email address and maintain access to their membership account.
Contact us if you do not receive access to a purchased resource.
9. Spiritual content disclaimer
Numerology, astrology, Tarot and related content are offered for reflection, education, personal exploration and entertainment.
Interpretations do not guarantee future events, financial outcomes, relationship outcomes, business success or personal transformation.
Our general content does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
10. Accounts & acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and use our services lawfully.
Membership access may not be resold or shared beyond the users expressly authorised under the purchased plan.
11. Intellectual property
KAIROMICA branding, original content, design, software and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Your purchase grants a limited right to access and use the purchased resources for their intended purposes. It does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
12. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Availability & changes
We may maintain, improve and update our digital services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Material changes affecting paid memberships will be managed in accordance with applicable law. We will not represent features still in development as features already delivered.
14. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law, and statutory rights will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply elsewhere.
